This might help: Using the external player setup requires disabling Windows Media Center's autoplay, not the Windows's autoplay settings I believe. It should be the registered player for a Blu-ray and just start. If you install Power DVD I believe it installs or there is an option to install an internal player within WMCE, if that is installed you shouldn't need to mess about with external players or disabling Media Center's autoplay. Is that Windows autoplay you disabled? Note the internal auto play of Media Center is different and independent of those settings I believe and its Media Center's autoplay that needs to be off.
